By car: from Porto Seguro, cross the river with the ferry to Arraial d’Ajuda, from there drive 39km towards Trancoso. Straight after passing the roundabout access to Trancoso, head towards Caraíva along a dirt road. Drive along this road for another 8km until you reach the village of Itaporanga, then another 8km until you reach the entrance to Condomínio Outeiro das Brisas (about 30-45 minutes from Trancoso). A security guard will be waiting for guests and will provide information on how to get to the bungalow which is another 3km away. The total route from the airport to Outeiro das Brisas takes around 2 hours.
