The BAHIA BEACH HOUSE is a two-bedroom holiday house with a rustic design integrating open plan with the outside.

It has fantastic views of the beach which can be reached via a few steps downhill. Espelho Beach, said to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole country, is just a few minutes walk away.

The bungalow is situated south of Trancoso, in the private Outeiro das Brisas condominium (www.outeiro.com.br) which covers an area of 255.000 m². The condominium comprises of a small village with a grocery shop, some restaurants, hotels, B&Bs, private houses, internet facility and plenty of undeveloped land. It offers a private aircraft landing strip and a Polo ground, and a golf course is in the planning stage. Gardening, discreet 24-hour security and maintenance services are provided by the condominium.
